Mounted on wheels.
Condition - Something is jammed in the blower fan as motor tries to turn but only buzzes. Reaching into blower assembly (with power disconnected obviously) we can feel something not letting fan blades turn. Unable to locate object without fully disassembling the unit. Otherwise the assembly is in generally Very Good condition.
